On 26 November 2024, the R-TGoNU launched the annual Governor's Forum that brings together state governors and Chief Administrators. The forum fosters dialogue in common areas of governance, economy, peace and coordination of service delivery. The Governors, Chief Administrators, national ministers and heads of national institutions gather to share experiences and challenges facing their respective sub-national governments and national institutions alike.
The annual resolutions of the Governors’ Forum are aimed at improving the security, economic and humanitarian situation and overall governance in the states and administrative areas. Many of the previous resolutions from the forum remain unimplemented.
