John gave feedback regarding the launch of Sarawak's Future Wealth Fund which was recently launched and received an initial fund of RM8 billion. I'm sure it will fail- said John Brian. Proven in the past, all the schemes and funds launched. Which is said to enrich the people of Sarawak. Everything has failed. And the person who questioned the loss of this large amount of money, YB Chong Chen Jen was sued by the Sarawak state government in Court. This is called "The Black hole".
According to John Brian since long ago, the Sarawak government has launched various schemes using public funds. For example ASSAR, LCDA-PELITA, SELCRA, SEDC and since 1970 the Sarawak government announced that 5% of the timber revenue will be returned to the Sarawak Development and Wealth Fund. But until today, none of the children of Sarawak know where all this money is. The state government is not responsible and not transparent in the management of the intended funds. He assured that the newly launched fund will also lose and the money will be lost as well. Just like what happened to 1MDB.
John Brian also questioned the appointment of Sarawak Premier's son - Abang Abddilah Izzarim as an independent director of BERJAYA LAND. A well-known real estate and gambling company. Is the son of the premier of Sarawak so capable or is there a purpose for the company involved in using him to get a project, contract or land from the state of Sarawak.
