In honor of Lex's birthday, we created an episode that reflects upon cultivating the sense of love you feel from family and friends on your birthday into a year-round open celebration of all of our loved ones! We discuss how we enjoy showing love (two words: quality time), how we prefer to receive love (two words again: quality time), and different ways we have successfully and unsuccessfully tried to prioritize different friends and family. To sum up the episode, we talk about the importance of being present, communicating, and (to no one's surprise) quality time!!
