Alex Jay Lynam is the founder of Beyond the Binary that helps schools, companies, families and individuals around LGBTQIA+ inclusion through training, consultancy and public speaking, so that everyone can be seen and heard unapologetically as they are! Alex's mission has been fuelled by their own self discovery journey with having to overcome declining mental health, substance misuse and abusive relationships so that they can speak from the scar and not the wound around how inclusivity can benefit us all and how we can help bridge the gap for declining mental health.
