In Micah 6:8 we are called to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly. What if I told you the key to understanding this mandate is found in the middle? In our previous message we explored what it means to Love Mercy. Loving mercy is a life lived through The Man in the Middle; Christ Jesus and surrendering to God’s will for our lives. As we simply fall in love with Mercy we then have the ability to walk humbly. Once we understand what it means to walk humbly with God, we can then move on to acting justly. In this messaging we explore the danger of trying to act justly without first loving mercy and walking humbly with God. When we do, we find ourselves using Justice as a weapon against an enemy and forget that we were an enemy as well who God called out in our sin by His Mercy.
