When someone you love passes away and you lay them to rest, for many who attend the funeral - life goes on as usual. But for the widow who has lost their spouse, or the parent who lost a child, the day after the funeral is when the real grieving process begins.
In this episode of the Rachel Unpacked podcast, I share the little and big things that other people did, that made the process so much easier. In addition, I give those who are grieving some insight on how to manage their expectations of others and themselves during the first year.
