What are you watching on TV? Are you caught up into reality TV and you have all your favorite shows set to record on your DVR? There are some shows on reality TV that brings no meaning to life, in my opinion. We get so involved into other people's lives and we walk away from some of those shows with no added knowledge or growth. Some even influence how you think and sometimes changes your philosophy in life without you even realizing it. Just know that whatever we focus on will consume us, even if we do not want it to.

There are few reality shows I watch on TV, (Shark Tank and The Profit) however, I watch to learn and grow from them. So I will say if you are not growing or learning from it or it is not adding value to your life, it is a waste of your precious time. Re-evaluate and see how your life is being influenced by the shows you watch on reality TV, if you see no growth, than maybe it is time to stop watching and find something that will influence you in a positive way and add value to you.
