Listen "Mindfulness: On Trust"
Episode Synopsis
Check out Andre 3000 and Big Boi (aka Dr. Cody Bayles and Dr. Dan Phillips) address the mindfulness attitude of trust in this episode. Trust is broadly defined and Dan does his best to practically apply the attitude of trust by attempting to convince Cody to trust him in a fun game that requires some degree of trust. The mindfulness attitude of trust involves learning to become aware and able to rely on ourselves as well as extending ourselves to trust in reciprocal relationships.
