Episode Synopsis "Being a Feeling Woman in The Patriarchy"

Today’s conversation is inspired by discussions that I’ve been having with a few women over the past week, all of which tend to dial into one common theme, and that’s feeling (or in lots of cases not feeling).  In this episode I examine ways in which I have suppressed and numbed my own feelings over the years and how this is in no way a unique way of being for women who are silenced by the patriarchy.  I ponder the reasons why we are made to feel 'too much' or 'not enough', disconnected and powerless and how we can start shifting the status quo by finding our voices.
