Our 2023 Quality Professional of the Year, Saso Krstovski, offers advice on how to transform teams and entire organizations.

Saso Krstovski, D.Eng., is a former Ford Lean Manufacturing Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He teaches at several Michigan universities, including Lawrence Technological University, Central Michigan University, and Oakland University. He also serves on the Executive Committee as Workshop Director for the IEOM Society organization.
