Much like our clients, at Quantuvos we can accept what is, and are driven toward what can be. In 2022, that passion for a better future for coaching led Quantuvos to launch the Center for Coaching Effectiveness. In this episode, Asia Jarosz, PhD, the Center’s Executive Director, talks about her own journey to coaching; the importance of understanding and being able to measure coaching effectiveness; and what her model for measuring coaching effectiveness can contribute to coaches, managers and leaders, and organizations.
