The New Moon in Virgo occurred on Friday 15th September just after 11 in the morning AEST, at 21 degrees Virgo.   
All outer planets plus Mercury are still moving retrograde suggesting that there is still time for reflection, rest, review, reworking, re-organising.
Virgo energy is very much about details especially in matters practical.  Virgo folk often focus on their health - diet, exercise, sleep.
