In North America it is still possible to do so. Basically, you as a person will remain anonymous to the buyers. They will only see the name of your store, your brand, company phone (if you enter one).
But you will have to give Amazon your personal information during the account creation, and banking information to get paid.
Most other marketplaces like Germany or Japan will NOT allow you to remain anonymous to the visitors.
