COVID 19 definitely threw us a curveball, some people got pay cuts, while some others lost their jobs, and most businesses have had to figure out a way to survive.
A lot of people have had the thought that they should move in a new direction, however, one thing that stops people from achieving this is the fear of failure, in this episode, I talk about how to overcome this fear by having this idea of FAILING FORWARD, I even gave an example of my own instance where I failed forward.
