We explore the topics of shame, guilt and anxiety in an Indigenous setting. Our guest Seth Westhead works as a Research Assistant whilst undertaking his Masters of Public Health at the University of Adelaide. Being raised in Mildura (Vic) he has strong ties with the community through his family connections with the Awabakal and Wiradjuri people of NSW.
