Dr. Renata Kenda is a researcher and lecturer at Tilburg University.
Renata's research interests lie in the areas of virtual (project) work and multiple team membership, especially in relation to leadership and performance. She holds an assistant professor position in the department of Organization Studies and is also a member of Programme committee and School council.

Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Leadership Quarterly, International Journal of Project Management, Human Resource Management Review, Group & Organization Management, European Management Journal, and Applied Psychology: An International Review.
