To kick off the new season, we're discussing the National Construction Code (NCC), a topic requested by many of our listeners. The release of the latest NCC will bring about the most significant changes to hit our industry in 25 years. Here to take us through what to expect and how builders and designers can prepare for these changes, is Peter Zagorski, HIA's Director of Building Services for Victoria and Tasmania. Peter has over 40 years'  experience in the building and construction industry including roles as a municipal building surveyor, building inspector and building control across local and state governments.
