Hey hi howdy and welcome to a heavy one. Today we delve into fearful thinking, and how that manifests in thinking about fertility. Steph and I definitely didn't delve into every facet of this conversation, but we did our best with where we were at at the time. This episode is a perfect example of the types of conversations we want to have more of with our friends: honest and imperfect, a snapshot of where our minds are on any given day. It might make for an awkward podcast, BUT WE ARE DOING IT, and hopefully it encourages you to lean into the imperfect conversations with those you trust.
