Sometimes on purpose, sometimes when they're just walking around the mall. The retail spot has been holding its crown (or whistle) strong for years. With its classic black-and-white striped shirts for workers uniforms and it's wide selection of general shoes, it's a popular spot. It even has different branches and owns other shoe stores.
