It’s disturbing to hear the media talk about Trump’s Day One plans as if he has already won. How we arrived at a place where a person who is wholly unqualified both by temperament and fitness for high office is in a neck and neck race for our highest office is a damning commentary on our collective attention span and lack of desire to educate ourselves about the coming political contest.
