Prior to pastoring at FBC, Devita served congregations and young adults across Georgia and the U.S. for 20 years through the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. Devita has also been a missionary to Russia and a campus minister on multiple college campuses in Georgia. A native of Georgia, Devita is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BS Mathematics) and Mercer University McAfee School of Theology (MDiv). Devita is married to Mark, and they have two children, Tyler and Julia. She loves meeting new people, is genuinely curious about everything, enjoys staying active, and is always ready to travel.
