Listen "St. Thomas, the Apostle"
Episode Synopsis
Jesus said to Thomas, `Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.'
John 20:29
Almighty and everliving God,
your Son's resurrection was doubted
by the apostle Thomas;
grant that though we cannot see Jesus,
we may learn to put our whole trust in him,
our Lord and our God.
Christ our light,
like Thomas we need to see,
need to touch,
need to be sure before we believe.
When we don't know, help us to trust;
when we can't see, help us to keep on walking.
Amen.
