Send us a textMeho Isabelle André started her journey in the early eighties at Taisen Deshimaru’s Zendo in Paris. She subsequently sought teachings that emphasized the feminine. She studied Vedanta and Tantric Goddesses, while continuing to practice with Thich Nhat Hanh, with whom she took the precepts, as well as with Roshi Sanchi of Boulder Morningstar Zen Center.Isabelle has attempted to strike a balance between bearing witness to some deep suffering while addressing global AIDS and women’s rights, and finding solace in the plant world, and nature in general. She has worked in healthcare and horticulture.
