Get off the island alone and get a thought partner, a therapist, or a coach to help in these times.2. Latch on to self-care.3. Be vulnerable.To the teachers he encourages them to:1. Take care of the needs of yourself and others.2. Go back to your 'WHY!" Pull out that educational philosophy and place it in front of you.3. Be resourceful - lead yourself.4.
