Ricky Adams is driven by a desire to build a community hub in her town.The Darling Heights state school in Toowoomba, is Queensland's most ethnically diverse primary school. Students from refugee and migrant families speak forty-one languages and many of the parents speak no English and are illiterate in their own tongue.In response the school and the local community have developed a unique support system for the families, including a breakfast club, a men's shed, English, gardening, sewing and parenting classes.
