The 2023 Queensland AgriFutures Rural Women's Award winner is Emma-Louise Gibbons.  Ms Gibbons founded Huds and Toke, a Sunshine Coast-based company that manufactures premium-class pet treats. Emma is an innovator with qualifications in animal nutrition and a passion for pets. Her latest project revolutionises dog treat production using insect protein farmed in Australia. Dogs love the treats, and the process utilises food waste.
