Poem by Anshudha Garimella. This is for people who understand anxiety and paradoxical feelings that come with it. The normal things have always scared me and given me anxiety but the extraordinary experiences that should be scary only bring me joy and confidence, it's hard to explain because it's hard to understand. Once again the only way to make sense of it is to write about it, this is based on my experience of doing various terrifying adventure sports. Its something I have come to cherish and love.
