As my podcast info says, I'm an avid runner. Some would say I"m a bit crazy when it comes to this past time! I embrace that as a member of the Idiots Running Club - I'm Idiot #20! In this "Monday Music" episode, talk briefly about my running obsession and offer up "Idiots Running", a song I wrote about the IRC back in 2013. I present it for your listening pleasure.
