You can reach her at:Juli [email protected] her to schedule your signing session via Zoom.If you have a Platinum Group Trust with an inception date prior to 10/6/2021, follow these instructions:The pages that require signatures are as follows:In the Beneficial Trust PDF, the pages that require signatures are page numbers 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47.Of those pages, send pages 43, 45, and 46 to your Settlor for signature.If you are using one of Dr. Gina's parents as your Settlor, you'll need to send the following along with the 3 pages:•Check for $50 to cover their fee•A $10 bill (they will, in turn, send a $10 check made out to your Trust so that they fund the Trust)•A USPS Priority Mail prepaid label for my parents to then send the pages back to you.
