Last night, I went to bed at 8 PM. Why? Honestly, I just didn't have anything else to do. I'd already hung out with the family. I'd already gotten my work done... already gotten my workout in. I'd already gotten some relaxation in the hot tub. Kids this week, for whatever reason their activities have died down. And instead of staying up and watching TV for a couple of hours, I just went to bed. **Phenomenal experience!!!** I *highly* recommend it! That's my tip for you today: go to bed early. It's okay to get 9-10 hours of sleep opportunity. Sleep Opportunity is the time that you lay, lay your head down on your pillow, and turn out the lights at the time your alarm goes off in the morning.
