In the second episode of Peaceful Corner we discussed about the importance of finding the right team or working group for yourself.  We were also talking about how to choose the right boss/professor and what kind of criteria you need to consider. 
We also gave a few tips on using your intuition when making this type of decision beside your ratio, and how valuable this was for us.
