Pause Reset Brunch was born out of a desire to emphasize the importance of balance in women’s lives. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to realize how crucial mentors, advocates, strong support systems, and self-confidence are to personal growth. I’m passionate about helping others, especially women, unlock their full potential. The ultimate goal is to make Pause Reset Brunch a global movement, one city at a time. With its panel format, the brunch brings together inspiring voices to share how they’ve overcome obstacles, practiced self-care, and much more. My mantra remains the same: it’s okay to not do it all — and, most importantly, to not feel guilty about it!
The Pause Reset Brunch podcast became a way to reach you — whether at home, on your commute, or during your walks. It’s been an incredible learning experience, and I’ve grown with each episode.
Now, the podcast is evolving! After taking some time to reset and focus on my real estate business, I’m excited to introduce the next chapter: Pause Reset Unplugged. This new podcast will explore a broader range of topics beyond women’s issues, diving into interviews, events, and showcasing amazing talent.
