He spent some time in Spain pioneering modern horticultural growing systems in Almeria a region that has now been transformed into a European horticultural powerhouse. Today, Bill works with business clients in the area of change management and performance. He is an international coach and trainer in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and has a developed an approach to creating collective future visions for organizations and teams called Future-basing ®.
