In this special episode of Pastor Pastor, we're exploring the brand new Pastoral Summer Internship Program held at the NETS campus in Williston, Vermont. Recorded during the internship in June, this episode features 11 students from colleges and seminaries across the United States. NETS has historically focused on seminary graduates in their Residency program, specifically designed for church planters and revitalizers. Now, they've launched this internship for undergraduates, driven by Wes’s commitment to the next generation and “paying it forward.” I’m joined by Wes and all 11 interns to talk about the strategy behind the program, their unique experiences in the internship, and what the future holds for this brand new endeavor.
