Genesis chapter 3 records the saddest moment in mankind history.  Yet wrapped up in this moment also comes a great foreshadow of the hope that is to come- Jesus:We have been diminishing the consequences of our sin for 6,000 years, it’s just an apple, it’s not impacting me that bad or others, We have all been trying to fill the void of paradise lost with:Ourselves- Satan “You can be God”Others –“I get what I need from my spouse/others”·       Things God has given us: food; sex We learn about Satan's tactics:Strategy of Satan: 1) disguised himself/eve wasn’t disturbed2) Questioned God’s word: Did God REALLY say EVERY tree? Satan adds to and takes away from God’s word/she started to talk like Satan /God/added touch/ 3) Denied God’s word, you WONT die Substitute You will be LIKE GOD
