Andy Desmond was a rocker who played with many of the great Rock’n’Roll artists of the 20th century; Fleetwood Mac, Fairport Convention, Hall and Oates, Randy Newman, Ry Cooder, and others.
Then something happened and he discovered a different path. Andy Desmond became Miten, and devoted his life and his music to spirituality. Together with partner Deva Premal he embarked on a journey as student of an Indian Guru called Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, making music to honor the divine, and sharing the peacefulness they were finding.
Miten shares with Baruch some of his experience, what drove him and what changed. We’ll also be listening to music from the new record Devotee.
