PS1.1 ~ a 32 minute listen Hi, thanks for listening. It's called Paradigm Shift because I see that our society needs change. I believe the key to that change is currently being overlooked. Our world needs saving and teachers are the soldiers of this battle. In this introductory episode, I touch on many, seemingly random, topics. I created this with little more than a plan to begin. That being said, I'll discuss how I got to my current ideology as well as what I am actively doing about it. I hope to inspire all my listeners to also take action - first by recognizing that there is a need for a paradigm shift. In this episode, about 15 minutes in, I discuss the 'Interest Spectrum'. This is a spectrum that describes the student's interest to find, engage and be empowered with purpose - the epicenter of Passion, Mission, Vocation, and Profession. This point should be the primary objective of any education as for any life's work. As this is my first episode, I would greatly appreciate feedback not only on the content of which I speak but also of the quality, quantity, and other specific observations to my podcast. Thank you!
