In this episode of Wednesday Walk and Talk, we talk about your self talk! Are you nice to yourself, or do you feel like your body is out to get you? Do you ever say or think things such as: "My body hates me", or "My body is angry with me?" In this episode, we'll talk about why positive self talk is important, how it can help you along your pain journey in an actual physiological way, and the first steps to having only negative self talk/thoughts to positive ones.
