Esther Schultz is a freelance writer and author who lives by her personal motto of “Be kind always and spread joy every day.” She believes everyone can live a peaceful, joy-filled life despite hardships, and attempts to spread that message in her work and daily life. Her favorite things include spending time in nature, especially along Lake Superior, and advocating for mental health.
