For the season 1 finale we're being joined by Matt Bubb, a mental health advocate originally from Birmingham, who now lives in London. In 2022 Matt setup his own community and clothing brand called BUBB, which stands for Brothers United by Bravery. It was setup to provide support and a safe space for men to come together and discuss anything, from their feelings to the football, and everything in between. During the episode we speak about Matt's own personal journey, the men's mental health stigma, and more.
