Listen "Skepticism"
Episode Synopsis
Paulson confronts Erasmus's propositions about remaining in unknowing. True skepticism rests in Erasmus's ability to avoid definite conclusions and adapt to and includes a diversity of conflicting positions. If the Bible looks like it describes both a bound will and a free will, Erasmus thinks it is safer to act as if it were free than to address the possibility of the human will indeed being bound.
