A Psalm.66 Shout joyfully to God, all the earth; 2 Sing the glory of His name; Make His praise glorious.-          Praise for God’s Mighty Deeds and for His Answer to Prayero   There are two things listed hereo   Praise for God’s Mighty Deeds§  When is the last time you praised God for His Mighty Deedso   Secondly for His Answer to Prayer§  When is the last time you praised God for His Answer to Prayero   Both of these points towards God’s active involvement in the lives of men§  It should remind us God is active in my life and yours right now§  His actions will cause Praise because of His lovingkindness-          This for the music director; therefore, it’s another song we should learn and sing to remember this lesson (this is how to remember things; turn it into a song)-          Shout joyfully to God, all the eartho   To shout joyfully is a loud joyful noise; do you know how to make this sound?o   David is suggesting that “all the earth” make this noise!§  or is this a command?-          Sing the glory of His nameo   This brings into focus the main thing we're supposed to be singing about§  the glory of His name§  the name of Jesus Christ our Lord is worth singing about!!!-          Make His praise gloriouso   We are instructed to make his praise gloriouso   I'm not exactly sure how to do it but it would seem that it needs to be loud and clear and melodic and heartfelt with a heart full of gratitude for saving us from our sins!o   men put together glorious musical productions for secular reasons; how about we put together a glorious praise and worship session to glorify the name of Jesus Christ our savior!3 Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Because of the greatness of Your power Your enemies will pretend to obey You.-          Say to God “how awesome are Your works”o   this sentence seems to be instruction on how to praise God properlyo   we should be praising God for his works because they are awesome!-          because of the greatness of your power your enemies will pretend to obey youo   Because of the greatness of your power your enemies will pretend to obey you really means they will submit to Him; in fear, they will comply Whether they want to or not. 4 All the earth will worship You, And will sing praises to You; They will sing praises to Your name.” Selah-          and all the earth will worship You; and will sing praises to Youo   to worship is to bow down in humble adoration or to submito   do you sing praises is to lift holy hands and use your voice to praise the King of kings and the Lord of Lords!-          They will sing praises to Your name.
