OT Unscripted is an OTA's perspective aiming to have honest conversations about the realities of working as an OT practitioner in traditional medical settings as well as highlight the OTA role in practice. The concept for this podcast grew from conversations between Yolanda and Lauren before, during and after work about practice issues in our workplace and in the profession in general. Realizing there wasn't a lot of public discussion about what we felt like to be common challenges and just nitty gritty clinical practice realities.
