Co-Author of Healing Life with Cancer with her husband, Ben Huggins Her passion for writing came as a self-therapy tool for her life and to help her overcome her husband’s stage 4 terminal metastasis cancer diagnosis in September 2020. Kristie wanted to change the way we respond to Cancer and life itself, grief, fear and sadness, depression during a cancer diagnosis, or life event to thrive to live the best life in the face of adversity. Kristie lived a life of adversity: she was illiterate until aged 30, a rape victim, suffered from physical & emotional abuse, domestic violence relationship, emotional pain, 3 miscarriages, divorce, Vitiligo Autoimmune diagnosis, and carer of her husband Ben with stage 4 bowel metastasis liver cancer. Using tools to access the mind’s chemistry, Kristie reprogrammed her mindset and severely changed her life. She hopes to inspire, change and give you tools and skills, and the courage to safely explore healing.
