In a time where everyone seems to be drawing back and we might feel like we’re living in “lack” which is only fear-based, it’s still important to have redundancy. Redundancy, especially in communication, is exceptionally important. In the IT world, having systems that duplicate is important in case one goes down. What about at work. Do you need people that do the same things? No, but you need people who know about and know how to do the same things. Like the understudy at a play, you have a backup.
