Welcome to Habits, a six-week journey designed to help you grow deeper in your faith by building life-giving practices and letting go of distractions that hold you back. Each week we’ll introduce one new habit to cultivate, and one thing to give up, so that by the end of this series, your life looks different than it does today.In Week 1, we dive into the foundation of all habits—prayer. Drawing from 1 Thessalonians 5, Philippians 4, and James 5, we’ll explore what it means to pray continuously: giving thanks, surrendering our worries, and asking God for direction throughout the day. This isn’t about rigid routines—it’s about weaving prayer into the fabric of daily life.As part of the practice, we’ll also challenge ourselves to step away from social media or streaming, replacing that time with moments of connection with God. It’s not about going through the motions, but about pursuing the bigger goal: becoming more like Jesus and reaping the harvest of a faithful life (Galatians 6:9).Tune in, take the challenge, and join us on the path of transformation.
