Joshua has over 27 years in a retail environment, with 20 of those years in leadership roles. While working his last role, he took on a “side hustle“ through a partnership with a health and wellness company that quickly grew into something that would retire him from his W-2. That business has been built 95% online and with zero ad spend through utilizing social media to create content and reach his audience. He and his fiancée leverage a systematic approach for both their business partners and clients/customers to give them the best support and to ensure they are setup to win. He has now begun a new “side hustle” in the real estate investing world that focuses and partners with people who need transactional lending which is a need that banks refuse to fulfill. He’s a dad to two little girls (3yr old and 7 months), 2 crazy dogs(Annabelle and Keller - deaf and partially blind, hence the name), and a turtle (named tortellini).
