Her passion has remained focused on destigmatizing mental health and educating her clients, staff, and colleagues on the importance of brain wellness. Dr. K has experience working in numerous areas of mental health including inpatient settings, private practice (couples therapy), and child/family crisis work. She’s always prepared to help individuals navigate their mental health journey no matter what stage of the process they’re in. Outside of work, Dr. K is a certified yoga instructor and is obsessed with anything dark chocolate. Dr. Jody McGrath PhD, LMHC has worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years and has a PhD in Health Psychology. Her work has primarily focused on trauma with a specialty in anxiety/panic/OCD, through the lens of how brain health impacts our behavior. Over the years, Dr. J has provided comprehensive clinical care to military, law enforcement, and first responders. She has also worked extensively in addiction, hospice care, and residential education. Dr. J has a passion for building a safe and secure environment for all her clients.
