This podcast is my way of sharing life experiences and perspectives with the world in hopes of making someone’s life a little brighter and a lot more fun. I started this podcast back in 2022 when I thought it was time to share my mental health story and since then it’s become so much more <3 What started as a mental health podcast transformed basically into everything that goes on behind a girl’s bedroom door - advice giving, tea talking and confidence boosting (and sometimes influencers, friends and other special guests join in on the convo).
