Episode Synopsis

This week's episode features William Taunton FCSI (PP), located in Santiago, Chile. Bill has been in the foodservice business for over 35 years, first as an equipment distributor and in 1998 founded Gastrotec S.A., a foodservice consultancy firm. He studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering at the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico City, Mexico. He became an FCSI foodservice consultant in 2000 and has been very involved over the years including serving at the Chairman of FCSI The Americas (2014-2015) and FCSI Worldwide President (2016-2017).  He enjoys developing projects across many sectors, including; mining, hospitals, clubs, sports facilities, hotels, restaurants, and institutional foodservice areas.
